Villa Vista Ifach is situated in a picturesque location at the top of the Valley of Portet. Flanked on two sides by hills, the bungalow style villa nestles into the terraced hillside and commands a spectacular view of the sea. It has a small well planted front garden behind a wall and gate and is shaded by a mature and majestic palm tree. There are adjoining villas on both sides but Villa Vista Ifach offers seclusion and privacy to its guests. The villa enjoys shared and easy access to an impressive swimming pool situated immediately in front of the villa but at a lower elevation with steps leading down to it. The pool has a shallow end for small children delineated by stepping stones. The main part of the pool is approximately 2 metres in depth. The pool is conveniently close, well maintained, has a poolside shower and is bordered by grassed areas, palms and flowering Oleander.
Villa Vista Ifach is a comfortable and well appointed villa which is suitable for the elderly and children. It is well located in a private residential area at the top of a valley. There is plenty of car parking space close by. There are good supermarkets and shopping facilities within a short drive (0.7 kms) and the town and beaches of Moraira are 2 kms away. The neighbouring small village of Benitachell is 1.5 kms. Bars and restaurants in the area are plentiful and all within a short drive.
The villa has a large conservatory/sun room at the front where views of the sea, mountains and swimming pool can be enjoyed. It is equipped with a dining table, chairs and a sofa bed which can provide extra sleeping capacity for an additional 5th child. There is a ceiling fan and a further portable fan. There are two sun recliners and several sun chairs for use by guests.
The sun room leads to a spacious well-furnished lounge. The sitting room contains a large sofa, armchair, round dining table and four chairs. There is a TV showing Sky free-to-view channels and a video player. For the cooler months there is an enclosed wood burning fire.
Adjoining the lounge but divided by a breakfast bar is a small but well-equipped American-style kitchen which contains a gas cooker, double sink, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster and a full range of cooking utensils.
There are two twin-bedded rooms, one at the front and one at the rear of the villa. The front bedroom overlooks the garden. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room and gives access to a small garden at the rear. Both bedrooms are the same size and each have a bedside table, fitted double wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
In addition to the en-suite shower room there is also a bathroom with contains a bath, wash basin, WC and a washing machine.
The villa boasts mosquito blinds at the windows and a ceiling and portable fan unit. It is a No Smoking villa and unfortunately Villa Vista Ifach is not suitable for pets.
