bay offering beachside snack/drinks bar.
Parking is available close to the beach
should you wish to take your car.
There is also a small supermarket, chemist
and further restaurants close by.
Moraira town is located within 1km (20 minute
walk) and the route from the villa to the
town boasts breathtaking views across El
Portet bay, Moraira's pretty marina and
across to Calpe's Ifach Rock in the distance.
The
driveway provides private parking for one
car. An external flight of steps leads
from the driveway up to the upper level
where there is a generous size terrace and
well maintained gardens. From the
naya, set with garden table and chairs,
into the open plan lounge and dining area.
The light and airy lounge comprises an air
conditioning unit, digital satellite TV
(including BBC & ITV channels), a feature
fireplace, soft sofa seating and a
coffee table.
The
dining area provides a dining table with
seating for 6 people.
Separated
by a breakfast bar, the fully equipped American
style kitchen includes a gas hob, electric
oven, overhead extractor fan, fridge/freezer,
microwave oven, twin sink and plenty of
storage space.
A
small hallway allows access to two bedrooms
and an independent bathroom. The first
bedroom comprises a double bed, double wardrobe,
chest of drawers, mirror and bedside tables.
The
second of the two bedrooms includes two
single beds, a double wardrobe with shelf
unit and bedside table.
The
beautifully tiled bathroom consists of a
bath with wall-mounted power shower, WC,
wash basin, mirror and window.
The
utility room is located at the side of the
property which houses the washing machine.
The
lower level is entered at the front of the
property and comprises a further twin bedded
room with double wardrobe, bedside table
and chair and boasts an en-suite shower
room with walk-in shower unit, hand basin,
WC, mirror and window. There is also
a terrace area adjacent to the lower level
entrance.
All
bedrooms and the dining area benefit from
the use of window mosquito blinds.
The upper level of the property offers
two air conditioning units supplying ample
cool air. The lower level bedroom
has the use of a portable fan.
