We had a great holiday at the Luz de la Luna apartment. We arrived at 2. am after midnight, the owners were waiting to welcome us! The apartment is clean and well decorated, with more than enough space for four people. At this time of year the pool is only for diehards, so we did not really use it. Especially nice is the naya with a big table with six chairs and several leather sofas to relax. At close distance there are two hardcourt tennis courts. The owner was able to get a key for us, so we had unlimited access. Rackets and balls are available, good enough to have some fun on the court. If you want to play serious tennis, you'd better bring your own rackets. This apartment is really as good as the pictures show. The only thing which could be improved is the kitchen, which is very small. The dishwasher not in the kitchen, but outside in the laundry room. We can recommend this apartment to everyone. We would also like to mention the professional and friendly way that the booking was managed by the booking agency. Thanks Sandra and Richard, we hope to see you again at Luz de la Luna !

We stayed at Luz de la Luna for three weeks. We were very happy and had a great time because the house is very comfortable, has everything, do not worry about anything, everything is very clean and the decor is more than good. Not your typical rental house that has the minimum rental and nothing more. Luz de la Luna has the same details that we have in our own homes. The bbq and pool are excellent. The location very quiet. Sandra and Richard, the owners, are very charming and attentive. They are very discreet and we had all the freedom in the world without any problem. Finally, we also want to thank Hazel Ewens of Lemon Tree Villas for her professionalism and help, from the first contact we had on January 24 until 30 August end of the holidays to help us with the accommodation and dates we wanted.

Again we have had a wonderful holiday at the villa. After many holidays here it is difficult to come up with new superlatives.
Richard and Sandra were their usual welcoming selves and their kindness goes in a very large part to making the holiday what it was.
This year we were blessed with excellent weather which made our time in the pool so relaxing. The villa as usual was spotless and is the most comfortable accommodation we have experienced in many, many visits to Moraira.
We have no hesitation in recommending Luz de la Luna to anyone wanting a perfect holiday. Thank you Richard and Sandra and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

It is nearly a year since we left Luz De La Luna and had the most relaxing holiday that we have ever enjoyed. Sorry it has taken so long to write this review but once back to the rat race you never seem to get a moment to yourself. This, along with the nagging doubt that if I wrote the glowing truth about this holiday accommodation everyone would book it and there wouldn't be any room left for us! We return again Tuesday and can't describe how much we are looking forward to it!
We had the most wonderful family holiday at Luz De La Luna. The photos on the website do not do the villa justice. It is more lovely and spacious than the impression given by these pictures. The property was immaculate and well maintained throughout. Richard and Sandra were the perfect hosts; discreet and respectful of your privacy whilst at the same time being helpful and friendly. Every detail is taken care of.
In fact, it was the perfect accommodation for us and our two young boys. They loved the pool, slide and wide variety of toys to play with. When the sun got too much for them they just chilled under the naya reading a book or watched a dvd in the lounge area. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for us. We enjoyed many a barbeque under the naya in the shade, or at night time with the pool lights on and only felt the need to eat out on three occasions. The supermarket is a 5 min walk away for all your needs. The lack of air conditioning did not bother me or the children but my husband found it a little difficult to sleep in the heat. However, Sandra and Richard told us that it was unusually hot when we stayed last year.
Moraira town is only a 5-10 min drive away and though only small, it has a variety of good quality restaurants and civilized child friendly bars, beach and harbour. It also has the most divine ice cream parlour and small fun fair for young children. Javea is a larger town 20 mins drive away. It is worth a look, especially for the shops but is busier and more touristy and personally I prefer Moraira.
Would I recommend this property to a friend? Well what do you think? See you Tuesday!

We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to the owners, Richard & Sandra, who were fantastic. They let us work away on our own but they are there when and if we needed them. They were most helpful and the information they provide on the local area in the villa apartment is outstanding. The villa apartment was a super place to stay, it was perfect for the family holiday we wanted. Our evenings were filled with great food cooked outdoors, washed down by a glass of Rioja whilst watching the sunset, and playing endless games of Scrabble and Enchanted Forest. The pool became the centre of our holiday and there was a danger at one point of the kids sleeping in it! Getting out and about was so easy and there is so much to see, all we had to do was pick a direction. Moraira is great and we would highly recommend the coastal drive, taking in Calpe, etc. We are now back in rainy Ireland and longing for another visit to the Costa Blanca. Thanks again.
