This spacious, well equipped, detached villa is in a perfect position overlooking the large communal swimming pool and surrounding sun terrace.  There are only 12 villas similar to Los Chimes that share the swimming pool and poolside showers.

Los Chimes is situated in a quiet lane and is within a 2 minute walk to the nearest bar/restaurant.  There are further bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.  A short 5 minute drive will bring you to the town of Moraira with its many shops, bars, restaurants, safe sandy beach, pretty marina and all amenities.

The driveway offers parking for 2 cars.  The main front entrance leads directly into the open plan lounge/dining area.  The lounge is comfortable, light and airy and offers sofa seating for 6 people, satellite TV including BBC & ITV channels, DVD player, feature fireplace, coffee table and double doors leading out to a shaded naya with pool views.  A flight of steps leads down to the villa´s own terrace which, in turn, leads directly to the swimming pool.

The well equipped American style kitchen comprises a fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob/electric oven and plenty of storage space.

There are 3 bedrooms - a double and 2 twin bedded rooms. The double bedroom is situated on the same level as the lounge/dining area and kitchen and offers views of the swimming pool and distant countryside.  A separate shower room on the same level comprises a shower cubicle, WC, wash basin, mirror, washing machine and window.

A staircase leads to the upper level which offers a twin bedded room with a view of the swimming pool and Spanish countryside, and a further twin bedded room.  A bathroom comprises bath with wall shower attachment, WC, hand basin, mirror and window.

All bedrooms have a wardrobe, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and mirror.

The upper level also boasts access to a large terrace also overlooking the swimming pool and views of the Spanish countryside.

Los Chimes offers guests a further large terrace on ground floor level which includes a BBQ, sunbeds and garden furniture.  This terrace leads directly onto the sun terrace surrounding the communal swimming pool and poolside showers.  The swimming pool has roman steps leading into it.

There are mosquito blinds fitted to all windows and portable fan units in all bedrooms.

Los Chimes is a perfect choice for sun worshippers looking for a spacious villa with superb views, direct access to a swimming pool, ample sun terrace space, 2 minutes walk to the nearest bar/restaurant and just a short drive into the town of Moraira.

We booked Los Chimes because it suited everyone in our party, this ranged from a 1 year old baby to his 75 year old great grandparents. The property was clean and well maintained with more than adequate facilities/equipment to ensure for an thoroughly enjoyable stay. With the older members of our party it was essential to have the car to get to the beach etc but this was only a short drive away. For the more able El Portet and Moraira beaches are easily walkable. Javea and Calpe are both within reasonable driving distance with more great beaches restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the town of Guadalest and the Fonts de la Elgar. There are a few restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance to the villa but again would recommend a car. All in all this was a great holiday and would definitely consider coming to this area again and if we do would definitely look at using Lemon Tree Villas.
