restaurant/bar just a 5 minute walk away.

from a large sun terrace and purpose built
BBQ. The surrounded gardens are planted
with orange, lemon and palm trees and offers
fantastic views across vineyards and local
countryside. The gated driveway provides
parking for several cars.

villa provides air conditioning/warm air
heating in the lounge and all bedrooms.
The
lounge area comprises leather sofa seating,
wood burning fire, a coffee table, TV with
satellite TV showing limited free-to-view channels, DVD player,
CD/cassette/radio and double doors leading
into the glassed conservatory which,in turn,
leads directly to the swimming pool.
The lounge also offers a purpose built drinks
bar area.
A
large double-glazed conservatory offers
two sets of double sliding doors leading
directly out to the swimming pool and sun
terrace, and consists of a garden table,
chairs and ceiling fan.
The
generously sized kitchen consists of a fridge
with freezer compartment, washing machine,
twin sink, gas cooker and microwave.
The window offers views of the countryside
and there is a door leading to a further
rear terrace and garden.
A
hallway leads to 3 bedrooms - 1 double and
2 twin bedded rooms. All consisting
of a double wardrobe with built-in shelf
units and bedside tables.
An
independent bathroom comprises a bath with
wall mounted shower attachment, WC, bidet,
wash basin, mirror and window. A further
separate shower room consists of a shower
cubicle, WC, hand basin, mirror and window.
