Finca San Antonio is situated in a unique
position in the Montgo National Park on
the Peninsular overlooking Javea Port.
Rural, but only a 5 minute drive from
the sea, shops and restaurants with Javea's
safe sandy beach and lively promenade under
a 10 minute drive away.
This beautiful Finca gives seclusion
and tranquillity and is located along an
unmade driveway with its own gated entrance
providing shaded parking for several cars.
An ideal location for nature lovers.
The grounds are flat and are also child-friendly.
Within
the secluded walled gardens that surround
the property there is a private 8 x 4 metre
private swimming pool, a lawned area, mature
plants, shrubs, cacti and various fruit
trees including figs and almonds.
A garden table, chairs and sunbeds are also
provided.
The
finca is laid out on two levels and has
3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin), the twin
bedroom is located on the lower level and
is easily accessible internally from the
main upper living area. The master
bedroom boasts its own double doors which
open out onto a veranda with furniture overlooking
the pool. Both double bedrooms have
their own fully tiled en-suite shower room
consisting of a walk-in shower, WC and hand
basin. All bedrooms include ample
wardrobe space. There is also a separate
poolside bathroom.
The kitchen comprises a dish washer,
microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric
double oven.
The
comfortable lounge includes soft sofa seating
and Sky satellite TV (free-to-view channels),
dining table & chairs. There is
a further smaller lounge named the Music
Room comprising a CD player and a double
sofa bed to sleep two further guests.
Please note that there are no wardrobes
or storage in this room but it has the added
advantage of leading directly into the covered
poolside naya.
The washing machine is situated in
the casita off the poolside terrace which
also benefits from a bathroom including
a bath with wall shower attachment, WC and
hand basin - ideal for poolside use.
There
is a resident cat called 'Pusskins' who
has attached herself to the owners of Finca
San Antonio. Pusskins is very friendly
and lives outside. She is kindly fed
by the pool caretaker and is not allowed
inside the villa.
