Villa El Cid offers superior, comfortable accommodation for a large family or two families or friends wishing to holiday together.  Situated in a quiet residential area, it is less than 500m from local shops which includes a couple of restaurants, bars, a supermarket, newsagent, a bakery and a taxi company.  The large grounds surrounding the villa are flat and offer a good degree of privacy.

A short 5 minute drive (2 kms) will bring you to all the amenities Moraira town has to offer, including a large free public car park, a safe, sandy beach, castle, pretty marina, children's fun fair, Friday morning market and an excellent choice of many shops, bars, restaurants and a nightly craft market during the peak summer months.

Internally El Cid has been recently refurbished to an exceptionally high standard, all the rooms are very spacious, modern, light and airy.

The villa is situated in a small, quiet residential road.  The private driveway is large enough for two vehicles.  There is a main entrance leading up from the driveway to the upper level of the property, there is also a pathway leading round to the pool area and an entrance to the lower apartment.  There are internal steps linking the two levels.

Adjacent to the floodlit pool is a poolside shower, good quality gas BBQ and a dining table, chairs and sun loungers for 10 people.  The swimming pool measures 9m x 5m with four roman steps leading into the shallow end with a depth of 1m, the deepest end being 2m.  To the left of the pool area is a further garden area with a stone dining table and children's basket ball hoop.

From the pool area double doors lead into the lower level into a lounge-diner with superb fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave.  The kitchen on the upper level also offers the same facilities plus a dish washer.

A door from the lounge-diner area leads into a hallway with access to three bedrooms - a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bunk bedroom.  The double bedroom offers a well appointed en-suite with walk-in shower and the remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Stairs from the hallway lead up to the upper level which includes a good sized bedroom with bunk beds, an adjacent cloakroom with WC and basin and a master double bedroom with a spacious en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.  All bedrooms include fitted wardrobes.  The large hallway from the bedrooms area leads into a good sized lounge with large LCD television showing British satellite channels including BBC and ITV.

In summary the villa offers independent apartments on two levels which are internally connected.  All rooms are very spacious with plenty of room for your comfort.  There are two kitchens, two lounges, two double bedded rooms, one twin bedroom, a twin bedded room with single bunks and a further twin bedded room with double bunks.  There is also two en-suite bath/shower rooms, a shared family bathroom and a cloak/WC room.

There is a separate laundry room to the side of the villa which houses the washing machine.
