Casita Tranquila Apartment is situated in a peaceful lane within a surrounding residential area and is about a 12 minute walk (800 metres) to Moraira’s sandy beach, shops, restaurants and pretty marina.

The upper level of this large detached villa provides a fully equipped apartment whilst the lower level of the villa remain unoccupied for your privacy.

There is a private driveway parking for two cars.

The well maintained gardens with lots of mature plants, shrubs and surrounding trees borders the grassed lawn surrounding the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The pool has 3 steps leading down into it. There is also a poolside BBQ area and garden table with chairs.  There are also plenty of sunbeds for use around the pool.

As the name suggests, Casita Tranquila Apartment is an ideal location for those looking for an apartment within a larger unoccupied villa in a peaceful location with the added benefit of having exclusive use of a private pool and close to Moraira's sandy beach, shops, restaurants and all other amenities.

The main entrance leads directly into the kitchen which is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.

Leading from the kitchen into the large lounge with feature wood-burning fireplace, wall mounted air conditioning unit, soft sofa seating for 7, coffee table, satellite TV (including BBC & ITV channels), ceiling fan.

Leading from the lounge into a hallway with 4 doors leading off into two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

A large double room with triple wardrobes, beside tables, chest of drawers, mirror and ceiling fan.  A further twin room with double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The large bathroom consists of a bath with shower attachment, hand basin, bidet, WC, bathroom cabinet and window.

A further separate shower room comprises a shower cubicle, WC, hand basin, mirror, window.

A further twin bedroom can be found off the lounge which includes a wardrobe with built-in shelving unit, two single beds and bedside cabinets.

The swimming pool and well maintained gardens can be accessed from the upper lounge, through a conservatory which consists of a dining table to seat 6, a further two small tables with wicker chairs with views to the pool.

The conservatory leads out onto the naya with further garden table and chairs also with a view of the pool and gardens.

An external flight of steps leads down from the naya to the swimming pool, terrace and gardens.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Villa Tranquilla and it never fails to please. The setting is peaceful and secluded yet within easy walking distance of the town and beaches. What is particularly nice about this villa is the space both outside and in.   The kitchen and sitting room are roomy and the three bedrooms are light and airy.  A large pool completes the experience. Moraira is a must to visit and Casita Tranquilla is the perfect place to stay.

I stayed at Casita Tranquila for a week in mid September with my husband and two of our friends (another couple). Weather was beautiful and Moraira was not crowded. We rented the upstairs apartment (3 bedrooms) and as promised the villa downstairs was unoccupied so we had the most fabulous garden and pool all to ourselves. The villa is not overlooked, so it is very private and the gardens are well maintained.  The whole villa is well maintained, aircon worked very well.  New kitchen with new fridge, dishwasher and washing machine!  The outdoor shower down by the pool was welcome. Lemon Tree Villas gave a professional and efficient service, and you are given details of who to contact in Moraira in case of any difficulties. I would recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation.   All in all, a fantastic time away, wished we could've stayed longer and can't wait to go back.

Our stay at Casita Tranquila Apartment was lovely. The beach and Moiraira Town are a short ten to fifteen minute walk away. The villa itself is lovely, spacious and comfortable with a lot of privacy. The kids loved the pool and spent a lot of time every day in there when we weren't at the very near beach or out for a drive to one of the many towns and attractions nearby. The communication with Lemon Tree Villas is excellent and very welcoming, we will definitely consider them again for another family holiday.

The villa was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.  It was so nice to have a pool and a garden in such a lovely area, we spent all day just chilling out and going out for a meal at night.  All now on diets!!  I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to anyone.
