Casa Noble is a detached villa situated in grounds offering privacy and exclusion.  It is available to sleep up to 6 people and boasts its own 8 x 4 sq mtr kidney-shaped swimming pool with a tiled mosaic dolphin, poolside shower, shaded naya for al fresco dining, BBQ area and roof top terrace.

The roof top terrace offers distant views of the Cap De Nao lighthouse on one side and the impressive Montgo mountain on the other.

Casa Noble is situated in the Balcon Al Mar area of Javea and within a 5-10 minute walk there is a local supermarket, a bakery and several bars and restaurants.  As well as Casa Noble´s very own private pool, there is also a communal pool with snack bar, children's playground and tennis courts within an 8 minute walk.

Less than a 5 minute drive will take you to the beautiful beach of Granadella and numerous other small coves and beaches to explore.  Javea´s main Arenal beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and all amenities is less than a 10 minute drive away.  A car is recommended for stays at Casa Noble.

There is a private covered parking space at the entrance to the villa.  The garden path at the entrance is stepped (approx. 15) and leads through the Mediterranean style garden which surrounds the villa.  From the garden you enter the shaded naya through a door in the wall and a real surprise awaits you as the heart of the outdoor area is revealed.  Once the door is closed, the outside world is left behind.

The naya is equipped with a good sized dining table and 6 chairs.  The naya, which overlooks the pool, offers welcome shade from the sun while the terrace surrounding the pool is perfect for sunbathing.  The kidney shaped pool has roman steps leading into it.  The depth of the pool is 4ft at the shallow end and 8ft in the deep end.

To the left of the naya there is a separate BBQ area with its own built-in BBQ.  Steps from the garden lead up to the roof terrace with a table and chairs.  To the right of the naya and swimming pool, a couple of steps down takes you into the garden where you will find the laundry room which houses the washing machine.

On entering the villa from the naya into the spacious, bright, airy living room which comprises a three seater settee, 2 chairs and a coffee table.  There is an attractive traditional log burner and cable TV, DVD and CD player.  The lounge is air conditioned.

The living room leads into a well equipped kitchen which has units of a rich cherry wood finish and granite work surfaces.  There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave and electric hob & oven.  The kitchen leads through to a pretty semi-circular dining room which comprises a dining table and chairs, a sideboard and double pullout sofa which can sleep two children (please note that storage space for clothing is limited).

The villa has two bedrooms.  The first contains a queen size bed with very pretty bedroom furniture and air conditioning.  The second twin bedded room includes an in-built wardrobe spanning the length of one wall.  This bedroom is also air conditioned.

The good sized bathroom is nicely tiled and comprises a bath, shower, WC and wash basin with mirror.

In summary, Casa Noble offers privacy and is situated in a beautiful area of Javea.  Close to local amenities and stunning beaches and coves such as Granadella beach and Ambolla, but only a short drive to Javea´s main Arenal beach, promenade and all amenities.

This was absolutely excellent accommodation. The house was perfectly equipped and we had everything we needed in terms of comfort. Spacious lower terrace near the pool provides shade all day long while you can sunbathe on upper one or near the pool. We have also enjoyed evening BBQs.  The location is very calm and quiet, perfect for holiday relaxing. There are some good restaurants few minutes walking as well as small bakery and supermarket.

We had a fantastic holiday once again at Casa Noble having stayed there at the same time last year. The villa is absolutely perfect for us with a lovely naya which is on the same level as the villa and the pool. This makes it ideal for families as you can keep an eye on the children as they play in the lovely pool whilst enjoying the shade the naya provides. The kids spent most of their time in the pool and the roman steps meant they can get in and out really safely. The weather in August was really warm and whilst we didn't use the air conditioning in the day you could turn it on at night and and get really comfortable. The villa is very well equipped and includes everything that you would need during your stay.  Javea itself is a lovely resort with a perfect mix of shops restaurants and a great beach. It doesn't feel over developed and over the past 4 years has barely changed. This has ensured it remains a really nice place to visit and is an ideal holiday location.

This villa was larger than we expected and had everything you could want with air-con and a large pool with good garden areas round. Situated at the top of a hill there are lovely views across the hills and it is only 10 minutes or so from the seafront where there is a good beach and many restaurants. Recommended.

We have visited Javea several time staying in various villas and Casa Noble has been the best yet. We have a young family and the fact that the living space, naya and pool are all on the same level mean that these areas are really safe and and enjoyable to use.  The roman steps combined with absolutely fantastic weather meant that we lived in the pool and had a really enjoyable holiday. The large bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning in bedrooms meant that we slept really well - something that we have not found in previous villas in the past.  The villa is very well equipped and I cannot think of anything else that we needed. Although we ate out in the local restaurants most evenings the oven seemed to work really well and would enable you to cook at home if you wanted to enjoy a meal in the fantastic villa overlooking the pool. When you sit in the naya or around the pool you are not overlooked so the privacy is great too. The car port is also really handy as it means that during the hot summer months the car is out of the sun and is nice and cool.  Javea itself is a lovely resort with a great beach and a very nice mix of shops and restaurants. It's very easy to drive there from both Alicante and Valencia airports so like the villa is well recommended.  We had a lovely holiday - but it's back to work on Monday............

We had a really enjoyable family holiday in Casa Noble. It is a spacious, bright and clean villa set in a quiet, attractive area on the outskirts of Javea. The pool area is private and the garden is pleasing on the eye. We particularly enjoyed the fresh oranges from the tree in the mornings! We had barbeques and a glass of wine on the balcony on several occasions while the sun was setting behind the Montgo mountain, which was a very pleasant experience indeed. The local restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance are good and there are plenty more within a 10-15 minute drive from the villa. We drove to Guadalest castle along the mountain road route which had some spectacular views along the way. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in pleasant surroundings and would without doubt consider using it again in the future.
