The superb 8 x 4 metre half moon shaped private swimming pool has roman steps at each end and provides a poolside shower with seat and hot/cold running water.  Sun loungers, parasols, hammocks, table & chairs are all provided for your convenience.

The upper level comprises 2 double bedrooms, a shower room and separate cloakroom with WC.  The lower level consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom containing bunk beds and an independent shower room.

UPPER LEVEL

The main upper level living area comprises a modern, fully equipped kitchen comprising of white kitchen units, granite worktops, electric oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and sink.

The light, airy comfortable lounge consists of soft sofa seating, easy chairs, coffee table, fireplace, display cabinet, TV showing free-to-view channels, DVD player and commands breathtaking sea views from the large windows.

The bright naya/dining area with large arched windows provides spectacular sea views with dining table and 4 chairs.  French double doors lead directly out onto the upper sun terrace and down to the swimming pool, sun terrace and lower apartment.

Both double bedrooms comprise fitted wardrobes with shelf units.  There is also a shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.  In addition, a separate cloakroom offers further WC and washbasin.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level apartment offers an open plan lounge/dining area with soft sofa seating, coffee table and fully equipped American style kitchen with direct access to both the swimming pool and sun terraces.

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom containing bunk beds, separate shower room with WC and hand basin.

A large laundry room provides the use of a washing machine.

Casa Marvista offers central heating throughout during the cooler months, however there is an additional charge of £25 per week for its usage and is pre-bookable.
