The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the lounge which includes an air conditioning unit, soft sofa/chair seating, dining room table and chairs for 4 people.  There is a CD/cassette player and TV with free to view European satellite channels. 

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedded room which includes double wardrobes, bedside tables and drawer space.  The first bedroom boasts a pool view.

The bathroom comprises a bath with wall mounted shower, WC, hand basin and bidet.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, twin sink and electric hob/cooker.

There is a separate utility room with free standing clothes airers and there is a rotary drier available on the side patio area. 

All rooms offer window mosquito blinds and persiannas and a hot/cold air conditioning unit is situated in the lounge/kitchen area which services the whole apartment.
