As well as the villa´s private swimming pool, guests can also enjoy the use of the urbanisation´s nearby impressive communal facilities which includes a large swimming pool with surrounding grassed area, free WiFi internet access, restaurant/snack bar, tennis courts and hard surface football court.  There is also a further restaurant/bar just a 5 minute walk away.

The well maintained gardens with lots of mature plants, shrubs and surrounding trees borders the grassed lawn surrounding the 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. The pool has three roman steps leading down into it. There is also a table tennis table, poolside shower, BBQ area, sun loungers and garden table with chairs. 

Casa Delfin Poolside Apartment is in an ideal location for those looking for an apartment within a larger unoccupied villa in a peaceful location.

All windows have mosquito blinds and most of the bedrooms have external wooden shutters.  There is a large gated private driveway to park at least three cars.

The villa is located in a quiet, sought-after area and prides itself with superb views to the rear of the villa across the local vineyards and Spanish countryside.

The main entrance into the poolside apartment is from the pool terrace and through the shaded naya.

The comfortable, light and airy lounge/dining area is tastefully decorated in a mix of modern and Moroccan style and comprises soft sofa seating for 6 people, a wood burning stove, a TV with English-speaking channels and a DVD player.  The dining area includes a dining table to seat six people and an air conditioning unit that easily services the entire apartment.

The modern white kitchen comprises a fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, microwave and washing machine.  A doorway leads out of the kitchen to the shaded naya to the rear of the villa.

There is a twin bedded room and two double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers.  Double doors lead out from one double bedroom onto the terrace at the rear of the property and the second double bedroom has a view of the pool.

The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a wash basin, WC, bath with a wall mounted shower unit.

Casa Delfin is perfect for those looking for a detached villa with its own private pool in a quiet area.  Within a 5 minute walk of supermarkets and just a short 5 minute drive to Moraira and all its amenities.

The villa is spacious and well equipped, the children particularly enjoyed the excellent private pool. There is also a very good communal pool with a bar and tennis courts which kept the children amused. The near by town has good restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this accommodation to families who want the flexibility of being able to cater for themselves when it suits, while having an excellent range of restaurants available when you want to relax.

We were very impressed with the quality of the villa. It was clean and tidy on arrival and the pool was cleaned weekly. The position of the villa is perfect being within walking distance of a local supermarket for provisions and a very good restaurant, which is again within walking distance. For those who want to explore it is close to Benidorm with the water parks and there are the coastal towns to explore. The local beaches were clean and the water was shallow which is particularly good for younger kids. We were so impressed that we are returning for a second year.
