Secluded,
peaceful and comfortably furnished self-contained
apartment set on the ground floor of a large
detached villa. Villa Serenidad is located
in a quiet road within a residential area
known as Pueblo Alcasar. The apartment boasts
its own driveway and has its own access
to the apartment.
Not only does Villa Serenidad have a
private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with solar
powered poolside shower, BBQ and surrounding
mature tiered gardens, guests of the apartment
also have the use of the nearby impressive
communal pool which has a bar/restaurant,
tennis courts, large swimming pool with
children’s paddling area and hard-surface
football court.
The private pool on rare occasions may be shared
with the British resident owners and their two children who occupy the upper level of this large villa, however the privacy of guests staying at Villa Serenidad is of the upmost importance to the owners.
Both Moraira town with its sandy beach,
pretty marina, shops and restaurants and
the old village of Benitachell are a 5 minute
drive away (approx. 3 kms).
There are two bars/restaurants 5 minutes
walk.
The apartment's private gated driveway and
shaded car port has its own walkway through
to the pool and surrounding terrace. The
entrance into the apartment leads from the
swimming pool area and through the shaded
naya with garden table and chairs for outside
summer dining.
The entrance to the apartment leads directly
into the lounge which includes soft sofa
seating, dining room table and chairs, video
player and TV with free to view satellite
channels. The lounge sofa bed is able
to accommodate an additional 5th and 6th
smaller child if required.
There are four doors leading from the lounge
into a double bedroom, twin bedroom, shower
room and kitchen.
Both bedrooms are to a good standard and
include wardrobes, bedside tables and chest
of drawers. The twin bedroom boasts a pool
view.
The shower room comprises a shower unit,
wc, hand basin and window and the kitchen
is fully equipped with gas cooker/oven,
twin sink, microwave and fridge with freezer
compartment.
Portable fan units are provided for the
warmer months and gas heaters provided for
the cooler months of the year.
There is a separate utility room that houses
a washing machine for use by guests of the
apartment. |
