This impressive completely self-contained apartment is located on the ground floor of a large detached villa. The two British resident owners occupy the upper level of the villa and have every respect for the privacy of guests occupying the poolside apartment.  Guests enjoy the exclusive use of the private L-shaped swimming pool, BBQ, terrace, poolside shower and well maintained gardens.

Situated in a select residential area of Javea known as Pinosol and a 5 minute walk to Les Cansalades Parc picnic area with table tennis tables, BBQs and children’s play area (popular with Spanish families). Villa Pine View is a 5 minute drive to Javea’s sandy Arenal beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and other amenities.  A 10 minute drive takes you to the pretty town of Moraira.

There is a restaurant and an aparthotel closeby which also offers a restaurant and live entertainment during the peak summer months (correct at the time of writing).

Through the main entrance gate and down a flight of external steps will bring you to the swimming pool level. Guests at Villa Pine View Apartment enjoy the exclusive sole use of the L-shaped private swimming pool, the surrounding bathing terrace, patio and BBQ area, poolside shower and the well maintained mature gardens which include various shrubs and cactii.

The entrance into the apartment leads from the poolside patio and into the open plan lounge and spacious American style kitchen with breakfast table, electric oven & hob and plenty of storage space.

The very comfortable, modern lounge has soft sofa seating for 6 people, cable TV with free to view channels including Spanish and German channels, DVD player, CD/cassette player, coffee table, ceiling fan and portable radiator.

Leading off the lounge into a hallway with 4 doors. Two doors on the right lead into 2 separate large shower rooms which are beautifully tiled throughout. Each shower room consists of a shower unit, WC, hand basin, mirror.

The furthest door leads into a master bedroom comprising a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, chair, ceiling fan and portable radiator.

The fourth door entrances the twin bedroom which includes two single beds, double wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, mirror and ceiling fan.  An additional single bed can be placed in this room if required for a 3rd child but this will considerably limit space in the room.

There are also sun loungers, umbrellas, garden table and chairs available for use.

The laundry room which houses the washing machine is situated through a separate doorway from the poolside terrace.

We had a nice relaxing time on holiday.  The villa was marvellous, shame about the weather though.

The villa and holiday were fantastic.  There is nothing at all we would change.  The service was excellent, the holiday was totally relaxing and the villa very clean.  We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Pine View to our friends and family.
